Location is excellent!!! It`s unsafe place near the Istiklal. 15 minuts go for a walk to Aya-Sofia, SultanAhmet and Grand Bazar.
There is cold in the winter...

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The location was very good close to restaurants shops and the metro. This is a very nice simple hotel for people who want a clean safe place to sleep at a good price. I will be returning to this hotel and recommending it to friends. I feel I got great value for my money.
The things I did nolt like very very minor and not worth commenting for example tv only in Turkish. I liked this hotel because was simple and easy. It would be wrong to expect 4 star services and ammenities here. In fact I got much more than I expected.

Location, low cost
The receptionist was really rude and unfriendly. There isn't a dedicated shower, but just a tap on the wall next to the toilet. The district is quite noisy and it can be hard to sleep during weekends. The room was not cleaned and towels/sheets were not changed during the two days I stayed. I will not recommend you to stay in this hotel unless you are a backpacker seeking for the cheapest hotel.

Convenient location, simple, comfortable, good price
Istanbul is a city that never sleeps and nor will you if you stay in this hotel. The twin room extends out over the street where the drinkers are still singing at 5am, the taxis are honking their horns, sirens are wailing, and all the noises of the city conbine to keep you awake. At daybreak, the partygoers go home and the cleaners come out. You'd never believe how long they can spend tipping empty bottles into bins. It was a long night, but apart from that, quite a convenient hotel.

Honestly I really hated that place.
So many things..the room wasn 't realy clean the first day, but the second day it wasn't cleaned at all because they forget to clean it , change the sheets, the bathroom was black of dirts because it 's small and mixed with the toiletts and the mirror (so when you take a shower you can t use the mirror after, it's flutted. When you go out from the shower there's water every where because the bathroom is small and the isolation is very bad so the water comme across and then after it s dirty with the shoes...the room is sad , so sad!!!! The light is the most economic light I ve ever seen, so you feel agressed . the room is very small . the television is like the "pise tower", if you touch it it falls...the breakfeast...is...just empty and taste as if it was the worst quality you can find in istanbul, and a last thing that I found amazing is that they came in our room during the day , when we were not there to unplug the television in order to do economie of electricity while they even didn't clean the room!!! So they take the liberty of intrusing your room to do economy and they just look at dirts!! I realy like the idea of economiy but not in that way because they only thing about saving money so it makes that hostel dark and gloomy, frigntening, and very expensive for that (140 euro for 2 nights it s crazy for that I asure it!) the lasr thing is : we tried to tell about that to the boss an d the only thing he answered about the cleaning of the room is: it's the fault of the housekeeper I m sorry it 's her fault I give you a discount of 3 euros (waaaaa) and he insinuated that the housekeeper is gonna pay those 3 euros! So I imagined this housekeeper whith who he mignt do economy on the pay like the rest of the hotel , that s her who is going to pay?§§§!!!!maybe it 's because her pay is small that she doesn't do her job correctly!!! The bosss was the best coward I ve ever seen!!!

The worst hotel I´ve ever been on that price.

Great location, friendly staff, sat tv & free internet with wifi in our room. Breakfast was included but we had lie-ins every morning so didn't see or taste it.
The room was small, the shower leaked a bit and the street was a bit noisy (that's the price for staying in Beyoğlu) but all in all nothing to worry about. And, hey, you get what you pay for - this hotel is good value for money.
